Valentina Parra

Valentina started her career with the Ray White Group in 2010 as the corporate assistant in Queensland at the tender age of 18. This position gave her insights into our networks culture, their support needs and provided a clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities across the group. Including technology systems, Auctions, Marketing, Events, Sales and Property Management. 

In 2011, she moved into an advertising and marketing role before accepting a role in 2012 as the State Administrator for Loan Market Queensland. It was in 2014 that she became involved in training Loan Market brokers across Queensland, where she gained a thorough understanding of how a broker operates on a day-to-day basis. 

In 2015, she made the move to Victoria in an administration & system role within the Loan Market business streamlining back office systems for brokers, while supporting the growth of the corporate and network based teams. Conducting technology training and allowing them to get in front of more customers. 

In 2017 she is went back to her roots with Ray White Victoria/Tasmania within the One System Digital BDE team. Valentina's key role was to advise best use of databasing & also training deeply in the various technology applications. In 2019 she has now come to Ray White Werribee to put her 9 years of learning & training to practice.
